A Hometown Talent with a Flair for the Dramatic
Bailee's commitment and talent saw her transition from a student to a professional company member at Lone Star Ballet from 2015 to 2017. This professional chapter not only refined her skills but also deepened her understanding and love for dance.
In pursuit of academic excellence, Bailee attended West Texas A&M University, where she earned her BFA in Dance in the spring of 2019. Her time at the university was marked not just by learning but also by creating. Bailee's flair for choreography came to light as she successfully brought to life three musicals - "The Little Mermaid" (2018), "Godspell Jr." (2020), and most recently, "Elf the Musical" (2023).
Bailee began her teaching career in 2016, bringing her wealth of experience and knowledge to her students. Since 2020, she has been an integral part of The Edge, where her passion for dance and teaching continues to thrive. Here, she dedicates herself to inspiring a new generation of dancers, combining technical expertise with creative expression.
At The Edge, Bailee is more than a dance teacher; she is a mentor, a guide, and an inspiration. Her journey from an eager student in Amarillo to a respected educator and choreographer is a testament to her dedication and love for dance.
